What are your hours?
Here at Bi County we pride ourselves on being particularly attentive to the customer, especially in their times of need. Our front office is open Monday through Friday from 8am-5:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am-12:30pm. However, your vehicle can be towed here anytime and we will follow up with you the next day.
Do I need an appointment to get an estimate?
No. Walk ins are always welcome however, if you would like to get the ball rolling as soon as possible, we offer forms that can be printed out and completed ahead of time. This will expedite the initial phases of the repair process and get you in and out of the shop as soon as possible.
Can I get an estimate over the phone?
There are too many variables involved in estimating to give an estimate over the phone. You can stop by anytime during normal business hours.

Do you warranty your work?
We offer a lifetime limited warranty on all of our work. We take pride in what we do and although we strive for perfection, there may be something that you would addressed, we WANT to make you happy so please bring it to our attention.
What are alternative or aftermarket parts?
These are parts not made by the original manufacturer. Repair shops and insurance companies use these parts to keep repair costs and insurance rates lower. Bi County Auto Body would not put any part on your car that does not fit properly or would be unsafe. We look out for our customers best interest. If you have any questions or concerns about the parts on your vehicle then we would be happy to go over that with you.
How do I get a rental car?
We have an Enterprise Rental Car on-premises in order to make it as easy as possible for you, the customer. You can pick up and drop off the rental right here at the shop.
What is a deductible?
The deductible is a part of the cost of repairs that you have agreed to in your policy to keep your insurance premium lower. You are responsible for paying this amount (deemed by your insurance company according to the type of claim it is) and the insurance company pays the remainder.
